Exhibition posters for the Design Impact event 2022 at Aalto University. This year's theme "cocoon" was established by the concept team with the intention of metaphorically referring to the growth and process of the design students in the program. Students from all three years displayed their work in the exhibition.
With this in mind, I decided to use each line to represent a class (design impact I is a course taken in the 1st year, d. impact II in the 2nd year, etc.) and link it to the theme of metamorphosis by illustrating some abstract cocoons that hang from the threads. The posters were 50 x 70cm, therefore the text was completely readable.
